man, ok here’s the deal. i’m 22, 225 lbs and i should be like180 for my build. i’m very intrigued with what i’ve seen here and i’m gonna give it a shot. i’m on a high fiber diet as well, have been for a couple months and have lost 15 pounds just from eating better/not drinking but i think that’s about all i’m gonna get without more exercise. i walk on the treadmill but that’s just not quite enough.
