Can you tell the things I should focus on? 8.Did you have a plateau moment while losing weight? If you did, how much weight did you lose prior to the plateau, how long did it take you to get off the plateau and what advice do have for someone going through it? 9.Stretch marks… We pretty much all have them no matter what size we are, but have you found anything to work on them really well? They are one reason that I don’t like to wear anything short-sleeved or sleeveless. 10.Not trying to get too personal, but you mentioned pre-natal vitamins and I was wondering how they may aid in weight loss or maintaining? 11.6 small meals…What does this really mean and do you follow this?
