i also went from being a c cup to a double d there huge but i wonder if i will be alot smaller after losing at least 20 ponds i yesto to have a perfect body a 26 inch waist n alot thinner then now 40 ponds lighter ughhhh

around 250 (high 240’s)…. and I am 5′9 and a quarter
what was your starting weight and height
About 85 pounds but 70 total (from up and down weight gain throughout) at the end. I started in Jan. 2009 and it was about 8 months for me to get down to my goal (about August).
How much weigh did u lose and how long did it take?
I started in Janaury 2009 and I was down by the end of August. I did gain weight here and there but not more than 3 pounds at once.

You were beautiful with the extra couple of pounds. Now……WOW…..priceless!!!!
As hard as it may seem, its something that you need to break. I honestly would buy the stuff I loved to eat, like chicken fingers, at Target in their food section. Although some don’t agree with processed food, atleast you know how much calories you are actually consuming. I would also suggest you to replace hamburger/beef/hot dogs/sausages with turkey burgers/turkey dogs/Sausages which I find taste better. There are other options but your have to research them. Its hard but worth it

It depends on how big you are to start with. The bigger you are, the easier the weight comes off.
