Faster weight loss during a water fast?

Im over 500 pounds how can i get a faster weight loss during a 7 day water fast. If you have any tips tell me, im on the 2nd day and it seems like i lost nothing.

I have been power walking a mile using 2 pound weights, and I have incorporated some kicking, and knee lifts while doing the mile, but I have recently gotten an exercise bike and have been doing a few miles on that. My question is which exercise is more effective for long-term weight loss, and toning?

What do you think about weight loss surgery?

I am 21, and 310lbs. I have done dieting and excersising and I can not get this weight off. I am thinking about weight loss sugery. What do you think? And do you know anything about health insurance coverage? Does anyone know what it would cost out of pocket? All info appreciated!

What is the best program for weight loss?

I want to lose from 20-25 pounds. I had planned to do this at the end of the summer. Got distracted and can’t remember which weight loss plans I had found. Would like suggestions from any Yahoo people.
I have been researching different options of weight loss centers(Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, LA Weight Loss) They are all quite expensive. Weight Watchers being the least. Does anyone know of any that do not cost too much money but are still effective and provide support?
